What's The One Food That Can Really Improve Your Eyesight?

Once upon a time, food was scarce. It still is for many people. But today, it's a distribution problem.

Our great-grand parents didn't have all foods all year around. There was no supermarket near by...

They had to go with the seasons. In the tempered regions, they needed to load up with nutrients for winter. They had to boost the system to get through a long-harsh period of lack.

Because food didn't last for months and months. Nobody shipped food around the world.

And they needed nature to support their eyes.

That's why in late summer and early fall the energy of food shifts. We move from the light, fresh summer-spring energy, to dense, grounded energetics.

Food changes colors. Food changes energy. Food changes your mood.

So late summer and early autum are the time of purple. Because purple pigments prep the mind to stay happy and optimistic... even when it gets colds and dark outside.

Food now stores energy. The fresh, cooling quality of the grape, transforms into the warming quality of the raisin. Storing the vitamins and ormus gold for months to come.

And nature starts to load your eyes with what they need.

Autum is the time of "winter vegetables".

There is pumpkin; full of yellow, and beta carrotene. There are carrots, loaded with nutrients for the eyes.

But there is one superfoold, hardly anyone associates to your eyes. That's kale.

This ugly, culry green leaf contain some of the most powerful nutrients to support your eye health. High quality, organic kale is full of the beta carrotenes lutein and zeaxanthin.

In fact, kale has thehighest lutein and zeaxanthin content of the plant kingdom.

Both these nturients play a keyrole in protecting eye health. In protecting your eyes from macular degeneration. In keeping your eyes working well into old age.

Today the problem is, most kale grows on depleted soil. That was very different for our great-grand parents. They only had organic food. Nobody had to pay attention. Food just had all the nutrients you need.

That has changed.

Plus, our bodies today can't deal with real food anymore. I'm serious! It's very hard for your body to absorb the nutrients you put in.

If it can't absorb them, well bad luck. It's just going to pass through.

So, the most powerful food for your eyesight is kale. Whether you like it or not. This tough green leaf protects your eyes from UV damage. It improves night vision. And it provides better sight in sunlight.

But do you know the best way to eat kale to absorb the good stuff? More on this later.
