Are you smiling? Right now, are you smiling? Why not? What you have to smile about? I bet you there are many things you could choose to smile about right now, but we’ll get to that. Fact is, if you cultivate smiling on a daily basis, if you make it a habit, you will improve your eyesight.
Don’t believe me? A lot of research has been done about the healing abilities of laughter and smiling, as Berkley University reports.
Let’s do an experiment. Put on a really serious face; your critical thinking face. Add some tension into your eyebrows, pull them down. Now add some tension to your forehead. Make some wrinkles, and really get serious.
How does that affect your eyes? Where is your focal point? How is your peripheral vision? Are your eyes getting tense and strain?
So, the life-force energy that is destined for the eyes has to go through the liver. If the liver is overloaded and working too hard, it uses more energy than it should, so less of that juice of life gets to your eyes.

So everything in your body works better. Your eyes can relax and contract, hence see into the distance and zoom in close. Blood flows freely throughout your body, bringing oxygen and nutrients to every cell. And with that improve your eyesight just as a positive side-effect.
Who cares, if it feels unnatural to start with. Start with artificial smiling. Everybody who tells you that it’s superficial and looks weird is probably miserable inside.
Vanderbilt University's Health Psychology department says that it makes no difference if you fake the smile, or if it's real. They tested it!

For sure it is, the ways to go about it vary greatly.
The most common way to approach eye problems are obviously glasses, contact lenses, and eye surgery. But these approaches don't improve eyesight.
In my opinion they only act as crutches, otherwise you would get weaker prescriptions over time. If eye surgery was such a great solution, more than 50% of people would stay without glasses after the procedure.
That's the official numbers of the FDA, so the unofficial rate of people getting glasses again is likely higher than that.
To improve vision long-term and lasting requires you to look into the root causes of your eye problems.
