Blurry vision is where it all starts... because of blurry vision we know something is up, so what exactly does it mean?
Signs, Symptoms & Causes of Blurry Vision
Blurry vision is the starting point of all vision problems. It could be anything, really. So it's very difficult to say, which eye condition is the reason for blurry vision. In fact, it could be as simple as a bad night sleep, too much sugar yesterday, or drinking too much the night before. In general, it's an indication that your eyes are getting some issue, whatever that is, and that your lifestyle may need a check up.
Did you notice, I didn't recommend an eye check up, but a lifestyle check up! If you got blurry vision, it is actually a good sign. Your body is telling you that something in your life is not right, so you need to check out what's going on that is affecting you. Is it your state of mind, too much stress, too much strain on the neck, or too much unhealthy food. There is a ton of options.
If you start with glasses, you'll be stuck with them for the rest of your life. That option is always there...
What Do Opticians & Optometrists Suggest for Blurry Vision?
Nothing but glasses... Just keep in mind, if you go to an optician or optometrist to check what your blurry vision is all about, they WILL find something. That's their business, find something and sell you glasses.
Because that's what they are really experts on - selling glasses... if they knew how to improve vision and eyesight, people would get weaker and weaker glasses, but how often did you hear about that?
So the signs and symptoms are obviously clear, that's why you are here on this website reading this article. The causes can be anything from myopia (shortsightedness) to astigmatism, and anything in between.
Therefore I would strongly encourage you to go through my toolkit before you go and get glasses because there are many things that you can do to improve your vision. And with that, you'll improve your health and life, and what's wrong with that? Try that with glasses... all they do is make you feel miserable. Trust me, I've been there, and made my way out of it - happily!
