Alternative To Laser Eye Surgery
Last Reviewed: January 2, 2020
Natural vision correction is cheap, easy to do, and works fast as an alternative to laser eye surgery. So what's the trashing among eye "specialists" all about?
We are led to believe that the only solutions for eye problems are glasses, contacts, or laser eye surgery. Regarding alternatives eye "specialists" - eye surgeons, eye doctors, and optometrists - claim there is none. But how can it be that there are so many success stories about natural vision correction in the world, yet the specialist claim they don't exist?
Is Natural Vision Correction A New Idea As Alternative For Laser Eye Surgery?
No, not at all, it's been around for thousands of years. The reason eye surgeons and optometrists claim that natural vision correction techniques don't work is that they don't learn about it in university. The ophthalmic industry is a $50 billion industry in the US alone, so they just don't mention it in school.
How do I know? Because I read the comments on my YouTube channel and quite a few ophthalmic students asked me about simple things. Stuff they never heard in school.
The "problem" is that these techniques are inexpensive, can be done without medical supervision, and take almost no time. They are easy to learn and performed anywhere. They are vital to balance the visual system, just as exercises and stretching are vital for your body. Nobody would say you need to see a doctor to learn yoga.
Eyesight & Human Evolution
"Specialists" claim that eye problems are genetic, but if eye problems were to be genetic, where did the steep increase in "genetic" eye problems come from over the last 40 years? What caused this sudden genetic mutation?
Nothing, it all comes down to lifestyle habits. The only thing that changed dramatically over the past 30 - 40 years is our lifestyle and our diet. Both factors that have a huge impact our our vision.
The truth is humans have corrected their vision naturally for thousands of years with "modern" alternatives to laser eye surgery. The "genetic" problem seems to be more of a lifestyle problem because work differently, and therefore use our eyes differently.
Our physical movement is limited, and so is our exposure to sunlight. Most people work indoors today, and kids play sports with two thumbs rather than their arms and feet. They stare at a screen instead of looking around to catch balls.
With that comes the toxic overload from modern food production and high-fructose corn-syrup in processed foods that harm our liver. Since the eyes are connected to the liver in a holistic sense, our eyesight suffer a double punch.
The Alternative To Laser Eye Surgery Is...
The easiest form of natural vision correction, the simplest form of alternative to laser eye surgery, is to look around when walking outside. Keep your eyes are moving, and don't stare on the ground. Move the eyes whenever there is an opportunity, that's the cheapest and easiest start to improving your vision naturally .
Our lifestyle today comes with narrow focus, so take every opportunity you have to move your eyes throughout the day. Apply the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away from you for at least 20 sec.
Then add some alkalinity to your diet. Eat at home and eliminate processed foods. All simple and easy to do.
